GNOMASTE Coaching aims to achieve a clear mission: to help people from all walks of life find happiness and fulfillment in their individual life journey—including education, employment, community engagement and personal relationships.

Guided by the core belief that small steps can—and do—create meaningful change, I founded GNOMASTE Coaching because I was born to help people - most importantly (but not exclusively) neurodivergent individuals and cancer warriors like myself - understand and embrace mindfulness, develop a growth mindset, set and achieve personal growth goals, and nurture self-Love and confidence.  I am a true believer in - and living proof of - the innate power every person already has to achieve radical transformation at any stage of life.

About Beven

I am a cancer warrior. I am a survivor. I am a mother. I am a caregiver. I am an artist. I am an activist. I am a teacher. I am a coach. I am a mentor. I am a healer. I am here to help you thrive.

Since 2012, I have served as the Executive Director of Bridges Middle School, the only middle school in Oregon exclusively serving students with learning differences. I integrate more than 25 years of experience supporting neurodiverse children, teens and adults and use multiple modalities in my coaching work.

A dedicated and certified mindfulness maven, I integrate individually tailored mindfulness coaching into work with clients. With a personal mission to bring mindfulness to as many as possible - in the most convenient way possible - I help individuals and families around the world through my mindfulness journals, workbooks and my one-of-a-kind family and user friendly mindfulness app - AVAILABLE ONLINE NOW FOR FREE!

I whole-heartedly envision and actively work towards a world that views diversity as something to be valued, not just tolerated or accepted—a community where all individuals have self-worth, self-determination and equal opportunities for self-advancement.
